This Risk Disclosure explains important facts about the Services. Read it carefully before purchasing or using any evaluation.
Simulated environment
All trading through Northpeak takes place in a simulated environment using virtual capital. You do not trade real money, you do not place live market orders, and no real financial instrument is bought or sold on your behalf.
Evaluation use only
All content, tools, and services are provided for the evaluation and assessment of trading skill only. Nothing in the Services is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product, cryptocurrency, or derivative. You are encouraged to consult independent financial, legal, or tax advisers before trading in real markets.
Hypothetical performance
Simulated or hypothetical results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, they do not reflect real trading and may benefit from hindsight. No representation is made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve results similar to those shown. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
General market risk

Rewards are conditional
Any reward is performance based, derived from evaluation results, and paid only where all applicable rules and checks are met. Rewards are not guaranteed and may be reduced, delayed, or withheld as set out in the Terms of Service.
Not a deposit
Amounts paid to Northpeak are fees for a service. They are not deposits, are not held on your behalf, are not insured, and may lose value in the sense that the service, once used, is not refundable.
